A juristic person must keep accounts and file returns on time from the date of registration, even with no revenue yet. The firm will check which returns are due in the first months according to the status of the business (for example, whether it is VAT registered and whether it has employees) and then propose a suitable scope of work.
The monthly fee is based on the number of document items per month and the VAT registration status, plus payroll/social security work according to the number of employees; the rate table is on the pricing page. The monthly fee already includes the annual financial statements, so there is no extra year-end closing charge; the auditor’s audit fee is separate. Backlog, additional branches or stock are assessed case by case by our staff and stated in the quote.
No. The annual financial statements are included in the monthly accounting fee, so there is no year-end closing cost for the client. What is separate is the auditor’s audit fee, which is stated in the quote.
Generally the revenue and expense documents of that month, such as purchase and sales tax invoices/receipts, bank statements and payroll details (if you have employees). The exact list depends on the type of business; our staff send you the document list when the work starts.
Tell us in the contact form that you have a current firm and up to which period the work has been done. Our staff will tell you which documents to gather (for example, the latest annual financial statements, the fixed asset register and the tax returns already filed), check the filing status for you, and agree the month in which the monthly work starts.
Backlog work is assessed case by case from the number of months outstanding and the documents available. The first step is to gather the revenue and expense documents and the tax returns already filed, then let our staff check which items still need to be filed. The website cannot confirm the penalties or tax consequences of an individual case.
